Inclusion Glasgow – “the service was operating to a very high standard and developing services very well” This is a quote from our recent Care Commission Inspection which graded us as “very good” across all the areas inspected.

We are currently looking for a new Service Manager if you are interested in the position please contact admin@inclusion-glasgow.org.uk

Inclusion Glasgow is a living example of how one organisation can exist to provide individually tailored, creative, person centred services in a real way which means people with disabilities get a real life.

How we do this:

Each person has a bespoke tailored service design based on planning and self directed support.
They live in ordinary housing and some people own their own homes.
Each person has an Individual Service Fund which provides the funding for their individually designed support arrangements.
Staff are matched and employed around each person.
The person and their family are in control of the service they receive - self directed support means people get real choice and a real voice, rights and citizenship.
