Inclusion Glasgow is a living example of how one organisation can exist to provide individually tailored, creative, person centred services in a real way which means people with disabilities get a real life.
How we do this:

Each person has a bespoke tailored service design based on planning and self directed support. |

They live in ordinary housing and some people own their own homes. |
|
Each person has an Individual Service Fund which provides the funding for their individually designed support arrangements. |
|
Staff are matched and employed around each person. |
|
The person and their family are in control of the service they receive - self directed support means people get real choice and a real voice, rights and citizenship. |
