Ten Years Celebrations

Inclusion Glasgow launched the “Ten Year celebrations” on the 3 March 2006 by having a lunchtime reception at the Trade's House in Glasgow with specially invited guests. The people we support were able to share their stories of the challenges that they had overcome. Historical stories from Frances Brown around the growth and development of the organisation and as if that wasn't enough, treated to a lovely buffet lunch. It was a special start to our special year.

Conference 2006

The finale of the year - Our Guiding Stars Conference held in November at the Holiday Inn. We were thrilled speakers included our founder Simon Duffy, our current Executive Director Frances Brown and Nicola Sturgeon MSP.

Nicola had visited our offices earlier in the year and she returned to close our Ten Year Celebrations with a very moving and personal tribute to Inclusion Glasgow.

Our biggest stars were the people we support who shared their stories and all the Inclusion Glasgow up on stage singing the Inclusion Glasgow song.
