Open, Learning Organisation

We are an Open, Learning Organisation

As an open, learning organisation we develop continuously. We are currently focusing on developing a culture, which reflects the values that we all aspire to. Inclusion Glasgow is an organisation which is made up of autonomous, self directing staff and is built on relationships of mutual respect. We believe that the development of this culture requires a great deal of hard work but will reflect the person centered values which are the foundation of our work with the people we serve. We believe that only this environment will encourage the capacity of the people who work with Inclusion Glasgow.

We are an organisation committed to learning. We will endeavour to change and adapt policy wherever we consider it necessary, in order to protect the people we serve, the staff we employ, family or members of the public.

Our Learning Commitment is also reflected in our Core Training.
